At Kushroots, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at krootsclothings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at krootsclothings@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at krootsclothings@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
